Pros

I get a paycheck and benefits were decent, although not always the best.

Cons

Reorganization after reorganization, so many people are shifted into lower paying jobs or fired. Management is never happy.

Pros

Paycheck. Their version of a pension. You get your birthday off as a holiday. Bank holidays off, depending on your department.

Cons

Most benefits are below industry standards. Management doesn't listen to their team members or support them. Too many management layers. No one knows what anyone else really does. No team member development. Almost all hires (entry level or experienced) come from outside the company. Behind in technology by about 5 - 10 years.
