Very political, unprofessional employees who cause drama, long-term employees get away with doing very little, no leadership

Love the members Fun environment Closed on sundays

Cons

Part time employees work 6 days a week. Part time works every Saturday Part time gets 5 days off for vacation Part time sometimes works a 38 hour work week, but, they'll have your schedule the next week down to 32 hours. This way they don't have to give you more paid vacation.

Pros

Working with the people pay was decent benefits were decent very diverse

Cons

management near the end of my employment was awful, absolutely terrible and nothing was done about it until it was too late and everyone abandoned ship. This was the best job I ever had for the first 7 years of employment there. I'm saddened by it's decline. Leadership starts at the top and it failed at the top.
