Pros

They recognized potential in employees and would empower them. Benefits were great and investment services were free to employees.

Cons

Sometimes given more responsibility without more compensation. Scheduling could be very tough because there was a high rate or turnover.

Pros

Great health benefits starting after 60 days of employment. Sometimes you luck out with a good manager.

Cons

Low starting pay. Promotions seem to be based around longevity as opposed to actual skills. There seems to be little regard for paying according to skill level, instead rather how long you've been with the company. Don't expect large pay increases without switching departments.

Pros

The pay is OK, just average. I like my location/parking.

Cons

Management encouraged us to think outside the box and take the initiative, but when I tried this all I heard was that I needed to submit everything to management for approval. I should be empowered to make some day to day decisions on my own, but it is a very micro-managed kind of company. I cannot wait to find another job and get out.
