management near the end of my employment was awful, absolutely terrible and nothing was done about it until it was too late and everyone abandoned ship. This was the best job I ever had for the first 7 years of employment there. I'm saddened by it's decline. Leadership starts at the top and it failed at the top.

Low starting pay. Promotions seem to be based around longevity as opposed to actual skills. There seems to be little regard for paying according to skill level, instead rather how long you've been with the company. Don't expect large pay increases without switching departments.
