Pros

Free fruit in the morning (if you get there early enough), gym membership discounts, good location in SoHo

Cons

This is an Incredibly cliquey company with very high turnover. The focus of senior management is on the sales people, who act like they're God's gift to earth. There were so many hard working, intelligent people with lots to offer that left the company due to the toxic culture. The open concept workplace was incredibly distracting and the pay for anyone not in sales is mediocre at best.

The office location is in a "cool" area and the pay isn't bad. There's free fruit in the am if you can get there in time and a good amount of free pizza (which makes no sense for a wannabe health company)

Cons

Middle Management is useless Upper Management is out of touch and involved in too much lower level business Culture and morale are low on this sinking ship Very political Very cliquey and snobby
