Pros

Young and enthusiastic company, good values, great benefits and work-life balance, stock options, most managers are very lax and not micro-managers

Cons

Not easy to get ahead (yearly reviews make it hard to move up no matter how hard you've worked), lax environment and unlimited PTO leads to a lot of employees taking advantage, a lot of rewards and bonuses issued to sales, but little to nothing for sales support

Pros

The people are friendly, smart and ambitious. The small company feel despite the growing size and revenue makes the leadership team open to feedback and change. Despite the competitive nature of media and sales Everyday Health is able to create a team environment with open communication and willingness to help.

Cons

Rapidly evolving and growing environments can require a very specific personality and work ethic that not all people are cut out for.
