There were a lot of opportunities to learn and get involved in different aspects of the job. The people there were nice and great to work with.

Cons

The company lacks communication skills. It is constantly changing and reinventing.

Work hard, play hard. I truly believe we have the best sales team in the business - led by an energetic and forward-thinking executive team. A true, "you're the CEO of your own business" type attitude towards the sales team and unlimited PTO never hurts.

Cons

I'll be the first to admit, the culture at EH is not for everyone - which I personally love. The company is flexible, constantly evolving, and if you're not into changing (for better or worse), it might not be for you.

This is a work hard, play hard company. Managers demand a lot from their employees but hard work is rewarded with promotions and higher visibility in the company. There is an innovative and creative culture within the edit and product teams which helps drive the company forward.

Cons

Company was at times unfocused with too many ambitions in different areas of development. They are working on changing this.
