Own your responsibilities, not micro managed, behave like an entrepreneur and think creatively, so many resources available for support and troubleshooting, very collaborative, ideas and innovations are welcomed, smart CEO with a transparent vision, flexible work hours, unlimited PTO, great culture with fun happy hours

Cons

Because there are so many layers of support there are a lot of approvals needed for large decisions, editorial and product teams spread thin with a lot projects
