Really high turnover in some departments, middle management are cut throat, no support for newbies, HR is atrocious.

Tragically there are very few of the first... and even less of the second. If their customers in Local had any idea of how little of the program actually works. Not surprisingly, if this is how they treat the customers who pay them, you can only imagine how they treat their employees. Read all the small print! You'll get sold the gold mine... but end up with the shaft!
