Love the location. Can't beat SOHO. Work on many different projects so you don't get stuck doing the same thing all the time.

Cons

The business rules technology side's focus. No technology specific projects are undertaken, only what the business wants in order to make money.

Friendly atmosphere. Many of the employees are highly intelligent.

Cons

Disorganized. Not much creativity; all sites look and feel the same. Production is slower than molasses. They need to hire more people to fulfill the job orders.
