I feel like my ideas are valued, as well as my skills have been elevated. The management has allowed to soar in my position, making me excited for my future with Everyday Health Group.

Pros

I love the fact that I can work on creating mindful products that transform lives of millions of people every day. It feels fulfilling to be designing for behavior change and guide our customers towards mindful consumption. I also enjoy working with my team because we share the same sense of belonging. The benefits are great. The dream job.

Cons

The only thing I can think of was the job onboarding process which required submitting more background documents than I anticipated.
