      Pros

      They have brought in a lot of good people to try and fix things. Jury is out whether change will happen. Currently, it's like foster care.

      No matter what anyone does in any department- leadership will always make you feel as if you should have done more and should have done better. Life is short- work somewhere that believes in you, and believes you can do more and can do better, because we all can.

      fresh fruit in the mornings

      Culture of secrecy (several in my team learn about our own team's projects through subterfuge), cannot work from home (unless you are of the elite chosen), have unlimited PTO that you cant use (unless you are chosen -- heard there's an employee who takes off 1 day every week), home-work balance is not considered at all, extremely political (hard work and results are not rewarded -- brown nosing is), elitist culture (no one acknowledges anyone -- people walk right past you and do not acknowledge your existence!)

      The "training" was a joke... sink or swim They completely disregarded prior experience.. which makes no sense Very cramped work space People coming and going constantly
