Pros

Large IT group/product group. Reasonably good at quickly taking new digital products to market. Good experience for a mid-level software engineer.

Cons

Not a people centered company! It is sync or swim with very little on boarding. Salaries are below industry averages and as a result turn-over is super high. Almost impossible to keep a team together for over a year. Very cramped working conditions.

Pros

Some really nice people to work with in ad operations and other client facing roles. They do value training and processes which makes organization easier. The sales team is very nice to work with and super knowledgeable in the industry. Vacation and time off is super flexible and the benefits are pretty good as well!

Cons

They promote people into leadership and people management roles who are inexperienced and unsuccessful. Culture is pretty off, there is a lot of gossiping and talking negatively of others, especially in management. Work load is frequently unreasonable with little to no support Upper management allows middle managers to be very rude and degrading to others without addressing. The team focuses on placing blame on someone, rather than identifying a solution to a problem. Had the potential to be a really great place to work but unfortunately the toxic personalities in management do not allow for that.

Pros

Working at Everyday Health has been an incredibly fulfilling journey for me. From day one, I've felt embraced by our culture of inclusivity, where diversity is not just celebrated but cherished and it continues to exceed my expectations. The opportunities for personal and professional growth here are boundless, and I've had the privilege of being surrounded by a community of individuals and leadership who genuinely respect and support each other. One of the things that sets Everyday Health apart is our exceptional benefits package, which demonstrates our leadership's commitment to our well-being and success. Knowing that my needs are taken care of allows me to focus on my work and contribute my best every day. But perhaps what I appreciate most about Everyday Health is the sense of value and belonging I experience here. I feel seen, respected, and appreciated for the unique contributions I bring to the table. It's this feeling of being part of something meaningful that has led me to recommend Everyday Health to my own daughter. I truly believe that our organization's culture is among the best I've encountered in my career, and I'm proud to be a part of it.

Cons

I am just shy of my 11th work anniversary and I have not encountered anything that would cause me to give a negative statement
