Pros

Great team collaboration, Strong Leadership that cares about your well being, Flexibility with schedules and remote working, encouragement to keep learning and growing.

Cons

We don't have designated desks anymore in the new office, however, the new office comes with some many more perks than the old one, so it's not much of a con.

Pros

I recently returned to Everyday Health Group after being away for 3 years. One of the main reasons that I returned is the people. My colleagues are hands-down some of the best I have worked with in my career. They are passionate, driven, knowledgeable, and the level of teamwork is something you do not find many places. Another area of Everyday Health Group that drew me back was opportunity. I have held 4 different roles, each of increasing responsibility in my time at Everyday Health Group. I have always enjoyed the support and guidance of my direct leadership. It's hard work and fast paced, but if you are up to the task, the upside is professional growth. The surprise upon returning, is the number of employee resources that have been added over the last couple years. From remote and hybrid work environments, to employee resource groups, Everyday Health Group offers a plethora of benefits aimed at making your work and personal life easier.

Cons

The pace can be a little much for some, but boredom is not something I enjoy, so it suites me just fine

Pros

- Very recognition focused. If you do something of high value in the company you will be recognized for your efforts - Remote first company so you can work from anywhere - Vivek and Dan is very engaged with everyone even though he is the CEO of the entire company. It is nice that the CEO wants to talk with us and hear from us. - 10 weeks paid paternity leave is a wonderful benefit as a father.

Cons

- Health Benefits could be better. They are not awful by any means, but could be better. A bit expensive as well when you expand to family coverage. - 401K match is okay, but I have seen other companies do better. - Structure of some departments could be expanded. Some of us are currently one person teams managing a bit much at times.
