Pros

Kitchen stocked with daily fruit of varying quality, unlimited PTO

Cons

Traumatizing, disorganized, and hostile work environment with huge turnover issues in every group. Talented people join and leave within months. Senior management are widely known to be incompetent and condescending, and need regular mediation amongst themselves. Unethical practices are also widely accepted. Constant reorgs without thinking it through. Accepting a job here means you will be doing something other than your job description within months.

Pros

Good Benefits. Good natural light

Cons

They say they support work life balance but there is no work life balance, you get judged if you actually go out for lunch, or need to work from home. Moving departments is almost impossible, it takes forever and you have to know someone in a power position to bring you over, its all about "connections" NOT about your employee review (the reviews are BS! btw) or your actual performance. Very high school click culture, you're either in or you're out! I had a manager who didn't know the first thing about my job but was a nightmare and the sales people treat the support staff like crap and upper mgmt is clueless.

Pros

The CEO is a good guy - sometimes misunderstood by staff but a smart leader who tries to do the right thing despite the intense pressure of running a public company.

Cons

Senior management (president, EVP, SVP levels) are cut-throat political and largely incompetent. They spend the majority of their time managing up as opposed to running their departments. Everyone there is watching their backs.
