Very few pros... maybe the free fruit? Is it still free? There are some great people - thank goodness for that!

Cons

Office politics. Entitlement. No clear direction. Lack of transparency. Hopefully, (and probably after many more rounds of layoffs) people will realize it won’t get better and find another job.

Nothing you work extremely hard just to get laid off. It is a constant! DO NOT WORK HERE! Its not worth it! They are a sinking ship!

Mostly collaborative people that are willing to help and mentor, decent happy hours, relaxed work environment, the office is close to the west village.

Cons

no recognition for good work, getting processes changed for the better is impossible, management is ineffective and plays favorites with literally no shame, no stability in a few key departments, the holiday party got canceled out of the blue with no announcement
