Lack of leadership. All of the dynamic leaders have either been let go or quit. No vision, goals, or employee development. Focus is completely on making money.

Free Fruit and a nice location in the West Village

Cons

Constant layoffs and a tons of people leaving voluntarily. You get the sense that Ziff Davis knows nothing about the healthcare vertical. In the year since Ziff Davis acquired the company, we have heard from the CEO maybe once. Leadership did a good job at the acquisition announcement convincing us they would invest in their people, but it has become increasingly obvious that they are only about the bottom line. No transparency. No direction. No leadership. No investment in employees. Don't let the upcoming 5 star reviews padded by HR fool you. I don't see this company making a comeback.

Before the acquisition by Ziff Davis, it was a professional, high paced environment with good leadership support. Good job, good pay. Enjoyed the work itself. Autonomous work environment.

Cons

I was just cut in the 3rd round of layoff on the Pro team. We have watched all of our trusted leaders go and new ones move into place. There was not proper training. Very negative environment now that all the layoffs had happened. It is no longer a stable environment and wanted to make sure another applicant doesn't have the same experience
