      I have been at EVDY for a year. There has been so much change in sales and while it's hard, it's so much stronger now. There's a lot of progress and it's exciting to be a part of and it's nice to see the momentum building.

      Need more communication across all areas of the company to make sure we're coordinated.

      Pros

      There are no pros really. But the all the engineers who do the actual work are very talented. The talent is getting wasted in this company

      Cons

      Horrible managers who don't know how to handle people reporting to them. No knowledge whatsoever about latest technologies and have zero mentorship. You cannot ask questions. You need to be born with all the knowledge in the world if you want to work at EH. There are no interesting projects to work on. Product managers have no new projects in mind and expect the developers to come up with new projects. A very uninspiring environment. So many employees feel stuck in this dead end company.
