Pros

They have brought in a lot of good people to try and fix things. Jury is out whether change will happen. Currently, it's like foster care.

Cons

No matter what anyone does in any department- leadership will always make you feel as if you should have done more and should have done better. Life is short- work somewhere that believes in you, and believes you can do more and can do better, because we all can.

Pros

You have the potential to learn a lot because of the overwhelming workload. There's also free fruit and the great office location, and a few truly talented and authentic folks, but not much else.

Cons

Unhealthy work culture does not promote team members to support one another, so employees often work in silos and morale is quite low. Potential for growth is also extremely limited. Turnover is unbelievably high -- either by choice or not.

Free Coffee and fruit every morning.

Cons

The leadership on the pharmaceutical side of the business is great. The leadership on the Lifestyle side of the business is terrible. There are VP's there that don't know a thing about digital and do not help or support their sales people at all.
