We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience at Evlos was not as positive as we would have hoped, and we wish we had been able to address your concerns while you were here. Since your time with us, we’ve worked to increase company-wide communication through internal newsletters, Teams channels and groups, all-hands meetings, lunch-and-learns, and more—ensuring all Solvers stay connected to our direction and goals. We’ve also introduced more family-focused events such as pumpkin patch visits, “Bring Your Child to Work Day,” and family Halloween parties, and we’ll continue to create opportunities for Solvers to connect and engage with one another. We have multiple employees that are about to hit their 10 yr mark here at Evlos, and many more are following in their footsteps.
