      Good Things Ahead

      Pros

      Evlos leadership has put a lot of emphasis on improving the benefits the company. While some have yet to be implemented, we have received a lot of great updates and have seen improvements to the health care offering. Evlos truly cares about the Solvers and prioritizes their well-being both professionally and personally. You will not find a more caring and supportive company out there.

      Cons

      Communication can be a challenge. There are a lot of good things happening inside the company that don't often get shared in a timely manner. Would love to see some improvement here.

      -Company growth and advancement -Values and encourages professional development -Great culture and coworkers

      Cons

      -The company is still relatively small and may not have opportunities for all skill levels just yet, but they certainly try their best to find a position for all. -While communication has improved, it is still not where it needs to be.
