I had a chance to work with some awesome people, mostly front-line folks.

Cons

Leadership team (and this is mostly the old timers that have been there WAY too long) is very closed minded and completely lacks integrity. They say it is an "open" place to work but that is a lie. If you cross the wrong person(inadvertently or on purpose) they will use their experience and ability to get rid of you asap. Very high turnover which leads to bad environment to be in.

They have 25 yearly PTO days and a good WFH policy.

Cons

The management is horrible, they do not let you be innovative, all your ideas are pushed back. They have put people in manager's position who should not have been there in the first place. They also seem to lay-off employees quarterly.
