- Remote first, very chill on being in office or not - Got acquired - Tech stack is modern

Cons

- Leadership listens but doesn't act on the feedback they're given - Not much opportunity to rise - Rank and file are silo'd off from decision making

401k match. Free lunches. Some people thrive here, but not all.

Cons

Horrible culture, clueless management. It's not rare that you are asked to drop everything and switch to project A, and then a few days later, you are asked to drop everything and switch to project B. If you are in the favorites list, you are good, even without delivering.
