      Pros

      The opportunities for advancement seem limitless, and the most employees seem to move / advance to a different position every few years, so you never feel stuck in a stale position.

      Cons

      I really have no cons for working at Evonik. It's a very good fit for me. Someone who wants to always work in the same job in the same location may not like it, though.

      great benefits, time management, great environment, very helpful, everybody communicates with one another, great help if needed
