diverse project types & i gained a wide range of experience. 'groups' at EC like Women@EC, Emerging Professionals Group. Thrive Sustainability Group, etc. Access to 3D printers & VR (although they arent used regularly for projects yet). People are willing to mentor others and grow your career. WFH 2 days a week. Laptop & equipment provided for WFH.

Cons

Got rid of Adobe softwares for Affinity to save money in the pandemic and never went back. Not the best at internal promotions & raises. I had multiple negotiations during my time at EC where I really had to advocate for myself and not accept their first number and talked to others about their salaries for comparison. Once salaried, you do NOT get paid for overtime, yet it is expected regularly for deadlines.
