Great projects. Lots of opportunities to grow. Employees are well taken care of. Flexible work schedule. Over the summer 2hours off every Friday. Lots of lunch and learn. Lots of in house training sessions.

Cons

New remote work culture can have lag in communication. However, everybody gives their 100% towards deliverables, so everyone is just a phone call away.

Pros

Everyone currently in the office is easy to work with. The size of the company (when you consider its locations around the country) means that EwingCole has some useful resources and opportunities (dedicated IT and BIM department, lots of expertise to call on throughout the company). I've been able to grow professionaly, gain licensure, and play larger roles on larger projects throughout my time at EwingCole.

Cons

Depending on the project, you may have to navigate collaboration across different offices, with different cultures and modes of work.
