Pros
Great Work Life Balance, 2 days working at the office and 3 working at home. Working hours may be flexible too depending on the direct manager. One of the very few companies I've seen truly investing in juniors and emphasizing career growth. Routinely offering various courses, workshops and mentoring programs.
Cons
Part of a large corporation that is not growing that much, which affects stocks and bonuses. The office is comfortable but not very modern - same for office supplies. The mouse and keyboard you get are not wireless.
