Medical benefits. Usually enough hours. A lot of cross training

Cons

Long days are majority. Low pay. Not allowed to get close or communicate with other coworkers, be ready to travel if a clinician. Can be placed in unsafe situations. have good phone. Be ready to work very hard and sometimes change of schedule. Had to learn things not familiar with , the hard way and corrective often. No lunch or breaks. had lunches taken away, but still have to order for doctors. Mileage or time taken away. Make sure have everything in writing. Remember this is a company dealing with legal exams while doing illegal things. Don't trust this company at all.

Pros

Honestly, there are none. Employees in certain departments were given the opportunity to work from home for several years, until new management stepped in and required all employees to return to the office. Working from home was a perk, but since that was taken away, there isn't anything good left.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from management regarding time management and production. Constantly being micro-managed. Excessive mandatory overtime. Extremely little to no training, yet repercussions from management when something isn't done correctly. When you explain to management that you weren't trained on that yet, they still write you up.

The IT side is so much, like a family.

Cons

The accounting side is like the pits of hell. You arent allowed to talk to other coworkers, micromanaged with ruber gloves and a fine tooth comb. Border line racist as there are no people of color in managment. For supervisors to be so anal and they dont have a clue of how to do their own job. I am so glad that I got out when I did. I read the reviews before I accepted the job and said.. it cant be that bad, they are just disgruntled employees. I WAS WRONG. IT IS THAT BAD AND MORE. STAY AWAY!!
