Pros

occasional food brought in-end of month/quarter, quarterly nominations and acknowledgements for those that sit in the office only with a visa gc and certificate. Time off okay, benefits okay. Theme days.

Cons

Sterile environment, comradery is frowned upon, people so quick to blame or tip toe around others/issues rather than take responsibility. A lot of work, high demands, lack of training. All about money - no longer about customer service. Lack of appreciation/acknowledgement when praise is due. Fear and ship up or you're out mentality = distrust. Too many people touching one thing.

Pros

The best thing I can say is some of the employees are were very nice and helpful. And in the breakroom there is all the coffee and tea you can drink.

Cons

This company has no regard for peoples health. If you ask the VP about a medical record and your supervisor isnt around she can't tell you the answer and she will say she don't know and she is not my supervisor ask him. They will have a person "train" you that does not want too...you ask a question they get annoyed. Then when you ask someone else it's a problem. Temps. get absolutely no respect. If you are sick and your doctor sends them documentation stating your are sick doesn't matter. If you are a temp prepare to be terminated.A lot of favortism and racism. If they don't like you they will set you up for failure. The rules change on a daily bases. Going there was like walking on a bed of nails. Every week they send out a email welcoming a new employee. Why because someone else is being terminated by the end of the week. If you are not into kissing butt. This definately isn't the job for you
