Pros

This position has given me the opportunity to travel around states I have dreamed of going to. I love the travel aspect of this position, but also the fact I get to interact with individuals on the daily. I feel like I am doing good in the community as an OHS.

Cons

Some cons are you are by yourself through the week and working solo.

I had a great experience working for my manager. She took care of my team and I. The hours were sometimes long, but we were paid time and a half, and I was able to save a nest egg.

Cons

Have to work different shifts because we catered to the needs of our clients.
