Pros

Travel(if you like it) accrue rewards with airlines and hotels. Salary for a lot of areas.

Cons

Constantly changing schedule with little regard for their employees lives. Everything is constantly changing both because they can’t manage to retain their employees ( that includes every position in the company) and because they treat everyone like an object or number. Long hours, often 60-70 a week with short breaks and long routes. Weird and complex schedules.

Paid training, lots of travel, great people. free uniforms, good pay, easy work.

Cons

Insurance is a little pricey but worth it, need per diem overhaul ( corporate is working on it)
