Pros

I made my goals VERY clear in my initial interview and I haven't quit progressing in a company that seem to have no ceiling to growth. They give you ever resource you need to be as successful as you want.

Cons

I have no negative things to say. I've been treated fairly and management had been mindful of my goals. They have progressed me accordingly and I can honestly say this will more than likely be the company I retire from.

I have really enjoyed working at Examinetics and getting to learn from a great leadership team. I have been here less than a year, but have already been able to learn and develop my career tremendously.

Cons

Communication across departments is sometimes a challenge, but improving.

Lots of hours, you get to travel the states

Cons

Long hours, management is not about the employees, you're on the road all but 3 weeks out of the year, low pay for medical assistants
