I have only been with the company a short time but it is amazing. You will feel like part of a team. Everyday I would I feel supported and know that I can rely on my job.

If I were asked this 3 years ago I would have had nothing but pros to say. The company has went downhill in a HUGE way

Cons

There is a HUGE disconnect between departments. Management believes in complete separation of departments. Sometimes this can work but not in a company where the final successful service requires logistics between several departments. They threatened litigation against me because of miscommunication on their end between their departments.
