Pros

Seemingly friendly management, good pay

Cons

There is absolutely no positions to move up into to make this a career. Any positions that open up are already filled, and they do interviews as a formality. There has been absolutely no raises in 6 years, in fact there has been several pay cuts, one in the form of a lower commission rate on certain items, and another in the amount of employees hired. There is absolutely no communication between management and the employees, and they hypocritically stress employees to communicate to them. There are many awful employees, and less than a handful of good ones. The good ones see this place for what it is, a dead end job with absolutely no moral and leave. The bad ones become dependent on the good pay, buy cars, houses, start a family, and will be in for a shock when the company dishes out a major pay cut, which if the past is any indicator, will happen. The company rakes in millions, don't mistake the lack of raises for a company in a rough period. They are very attractive to investors, and have been bought and sold a few times for 100-300 million dollars. Again, a final notice. Don't take this job for anything more then it is, a dead end job. If you know that when you start working here, you're in good shape.
