      Pros

      This company has excellent benefits and the stability of a utilities company. There are always projects to work on, so it is not boring.

      Cons

      The culture is a somewhat stiff, cold corporate environment. That's to be expected the larger a company gets. Projects can become overwhelming at times and it can be difficult to add resources if a project was underestimated.
