Pros

Demonstrates the company values by introducing the Travel Benefit for Medical Procedures - a new benefit to ensure that covered employees and their dependents have access to the health and well-being care needed, even if such procedure is not available near where they live. This is effective immediately. Way to go, Exelon! Bridging the gap to ensure consistent and excellent health care for all its employees, no matter where they live.

Cons

Downside are more business unit or small group specific, not pervasive. Exelon really strives to live its values. It's not just an expression. There are perceptions of favoritism within some groups, particularly since Exelon and Constellation split into two companies. Many promotions happened during the split, and not everyone (below executives) agrees with the decisions on promotions made.
