      Pros

      The company values DEI focus and made it everyone’s goals to actively share DEI messages, participate in conversation or event that’d bring awareness and attention to what it means to be and have a DEI culture. Knowing people at other companies may face challenges being a minority, Exelon is doing a very good job so far on this for employees and customers. Hopeful for more actionable things to happen to bring DEI into reality.

      Cons

      People tend to complain about work-life balance. Often there are too many initiatives going on beyond everyone’s day to day work. When some people are not contributing beyond day to day work, it can be overbearing for the dedicated employees.
