      Overworked, pay does not compensate for lost time with family

      Some coworkers are fun however the culture shift is chasing most of us away

      Cons

      Overworked. Senior leadership would rather hire from other sites for Mid level managers and above which kills promotions. People leave, not always replaced however the work load remains the same
