      Pros

      Benefits. Besides that not much else going for it.

      Cons

      Pay sucks, culture sucks, had HR issue and they did nothing. Boss even retaliated after HR issue and they received no discipline.

      Good company but a little outdated

      Pros

      Pay is competitive, tons of opportunity to advance, most of the leaders are great to work with, and great benefits.

      Cons

      Unable to have a work-life balance, managers are promoted based on seniority and not on behavioral skills, outdated in some aspects - some buildings are still so outdated that it should just be knocked down, cheap VPs that don’t want to upgrade technology and WFH only works for BSC and barely the utilities.
