      Pros

      Nice team, decent pay, bonus was a bit low compared to others with similar work streams.

      Cons

      Morale is awful. People being let go or demoted left and right. I was hopeful with new CEO but it’s a completely different vibe now. Feels like new CEO thinks everyone trying to get one over. Many of us used to think this was a great place to work but none of us feel that way now. Definitely not the same company with the new CEO. HR is awful. Very slow in responding to applicants if they respond at all. Mostly they ghost people. Many I have referred tell me not to bother giving them Exelon job leads as they feel they put forth a lot of effort to apply but Exelon ghosts them.
