      Constant forced overtime Down downsizing the company doesn't help with overtime. No value of family or personal matters Forced to give up your social life Over regulated and too many frivolous procedures

Given the nature of our business being a 24/7 operation, some departments do require round the clock staffing.       Shift work, treated like a number instead of an actual human being, everyone is encouraged to get other employees in trouble, and supervisors are given a quota for negative write-ups on subordinates.
