Beware relocation package and bonuses. If you leave before 2 years you'll have to pay it back. They also lied about the job. Once you're on site then reveal the truth; system engineering is called system manager. If you like administrative jobs, then it's perfect, but it is NOT engineering. I can't stress that enough. Morale is incredibly low. I believe because of the 2 cons I just gave. The software used is incredibly cumbersome; it's honeslty the hardest part of the job and it isn't particularly hard.

Excessive hours and demands mean hourly paid employees with their OT make more per hour than all supervisors and even some managers. Very metrics focus so much that any progress is allowed only if it focuses on metrics.
