Pros

Good base salary. Flexible working arrangement (compressed work week, occasional work from home, ect.). Excellent bonus. 401k plus a pension, decent insurance

Cons

Wish we had more vacation, Red tape doesn't begin to describe it

There is a variety of work that is engaging and most areas tend to be innovative and forward leaning towards new technology and process.

Cons

There is a lack of diversity at all levels of the organization with very few minorities in their workforce and in leadership.

Cons

Forced overtime. Inconsistent work practices. 12 hour long days that switch back and forth between days and nights. Good ol’ boy system.
