      seriously dedicated people on some teams good with trying the latest technology can work from home if necessary

      Cons

      it's not what you know it's who you know money is spent on white elephants and you are the one forced to make it work the management gets more clueless and lost the higher you go women can be treated as second class citizens, sometimes by other women
