      Great work/life balance! Benefit package is great! Ability to focus on and finish tasks with reasonable completion timelines and focus on becoming an "expert" in role.

      Exelon a great place to work, my work is challenging but very rewarding. Exelon supports your education and certification goals, as well as offer many opportunities to succeed. Team-oriented environment, hard work pays off.

      The work-life balance keeps you from burning out; Offers the flexibility needed, at times, with a busy, ongoing schedule.

      Pros

      In my time here at Exelon I've seen a fortune 100 company that encourages it's employees to give back and puts it's money where its mouth is. If you volunteer certain levels of hours they will give certain bonuses to that, or any, organization. Aside from that the workplace is great, fun people encouraging work/life balance fair salary and benefits.

      Cons

      It's a large company so the curve to get ramped up is quite large and security adds to that given the process to get into any system.Overall I'd sum it up in saying trying to steer a ship this large is a gradual change not something you can expect to move in a few weeks.
