Pros

The coworkers are good. The benefits are great. The pay is good, the bonus is hard to beat. The company is enormous and so there are plenty of opportunities for growth and relocation. Lots of opportunities for training and familiarizing with new applications and hardware. Getting time off is relatively easy as well. Workplace culture is good with a strong team environment and coworkers are willing to pitch in on larger issues. Corporate culture seems to be good, Exelon is a largely progressive corporation and supports local initiatives and events.

Cons

My workplace (one of several locations in town) could be better - it's not in the best part of town and it's pretty dirty and hasn't been refinished in awhile; it could use a refresh. Breaks are pretty short.
