Quick turnover with unreal expectations. Storm Duty if you work in a EU.

Good benefits, competitive pay, lots of opportunities for technology enhancement and implementation strategies. Very knowledgeable staff, with great online material available to help you get integrated.

Cons

As a newly hired manager (18 months); the only con is that our leadership has a culture that makes it difficult for them to accept or adapt to new ideas surrounding IT & telecom solutions and synergistic strategies, the culture has the mentality of “we’ve been doing it like this for the past 20-30 years” or this is a utility - “we move slower than your typical Fortune 100”.
