      The interview process and testing process was weird. They way everything was set up seemed a little unfair.

      Pros

      There were a lot of company perks. Everyone is very friendly and they promote within. The pay was excellent especially as a CSR.

      Cons

      Coming in as a CSR you have to pass all three test in training. If you do not pass you will get let go that same day.

      Pros

      They are about making decisions and not going through paralysis by analysis.

      Cons

      Need a better onboarding system. They need to create an all inclusive line by line single checklist to cover all benefits, my development, Etalent, PIP, health rewards etc. No info given on how, when and where this info is and how to complete. Also don't understand why salaried employees enter daily work hours. Have never worked anywhere that this was done
