Pros

People, values, skill enhancement and lots of opportunities to learn. Nice cafe on premise and grounds very nice and enjoyable. Property management has lots of events as well as company.

Cons

Not much direction. Very little opportunities for contractors in the way of events to enrich work life. Must take 90 days off after two year contract.

Pros

Good pay and benefits; stable work, important mission. Learned a lot about the engineering and design of power systems.

Cons

Some of the technology was a little dated. It's a large corporation, so sometimes communication in this environment can be challenging.

Well run IT group out of Baltimore .

Cons

Hyper-political PECO culture prevails. Still an "us against them" mentality for many.
