      Pros

      I got to work on actual projects that were delivered to in-house clients. I was given assignments that involved research and was required to implement ideas. During the internship, I was challenged and given meaningful work that provided the company with value. Leadership viewed me as an employee and not just an intern and valued my contributions. The management does not micro manage. There are expectations to be met and it is up to the employee to accomplish those tasks whether you come in at 7 am and leave at 3 pm or come in at 10 am and leave at 6.

      Cons

      The ice machine in the break room flooded frequently.
